To de-crystalise your honey, take warm water from your kitchen tap in to a small bowl: let the water run a little til it gets nice and warm,
place the jar of honey in the bowl so the water is about 3/4 the way up the side of the jar.
Using a teaspoon to stir the honey gently and continuously, making sure not to splash water into your honey. You will soon see the crystallising process start to reverse.
