How much is delivery?

Delivery is £3.99. It is free when your order is over £25.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. The Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote postcodes have the same price and delivery times as the rest of the UK. We do not ship abroad.

How long does delivery take?

We send your order by Royal Mail Tracked within 3 working days (not Sundays or bank holidays). It then usually takes 2 to 3 working days to arrive.

Do you offer free local drop off?

Yes, for orders of 2 or more jars in these postcodes:

M46, M29, M28, WN7, WN2, BL6, BL5, BL4 and BL1.

Can I collect my honey?

Yes, click and collect is free. Choose click and collect at checkout, then wait for the collection ready notification before you set off.

Open Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm, Sunday 10am to 2pm. Parking available.

The Cornerhouse Café, 35 Market Street, Atherton, M46 0DQ. Open Monday to Saturday 9am to 1:30pm, Sunday 10am to 12:30pm. Closed Thursdays.

Ample free parking nearby.

How do I track my order?

Orders go by Royal Mail Tracked Services, so you can follow your parcel.

Tracking number will be provided where appropriate.

Can I get my order before Christmas?

Order by 12 December to get your honey in time for Christmas.

What is your returns policy?

You can return unopened honey, or a jar that has spoiled, within 21 days of delivery. Please contact us first for return instructions. You pay the return postage.

What if my jar arrives damaged?

Send us a photo and we will replace it.
