Pure raw honey will naturally start to crystallise which is an indication of the quality of the product. If the honey is preferred in its liquid state, it may be gently heated in warm water after loosening the cap.
Do not boil the water. Alternatively, it may be placed in a warm location for 24 hours, temperature should not exceed 45*C
